Dashboard Reporting

Now that you have an Intent Media login, it’s time to get acquainted with your reporting dashboard.


Every time you visit the Intent Media Extranet, this will be your landing page, and it acts as a hub for all of the information you’d need at a glance when managing and tracking your campaign performance.

Information is gathered and displayed in two sections, (1) high level account pacing, and (2) campaign level key performance indicators (KPIs).

If your program with Intent Media employs a Spending Cap*, which limits your total investment over a given period of time, that spending cap will be displayed under the Account Summary section. The Account Summary section also displays your pacing against this Spending Cap, both in dollars spent and time elapsed.

With these two graphs, you can see in a glance whether you are over- or under-pacing against the budget you have allotted to your program.

Below your Account Summary is your Campaign performance report.

This shows your active Campaigns, and a set of standard KPIs to help you measure your program’s performance.

By default, Campaign level reporting is set to show you the previous 7 days of data. From the drop-down menu (3), you can select from a list of pre-set time ranges or set a custom range. Once you select the necessary time range, you can either view the report right in the dashboard, or download the report as a .CSV file.

If you choose to download the report, you can select to view performance through a number of lenses:

Summary Data: Report will be exactly what you see in the on-screen report. One line-item per campaign

Daily Data: One line-item per campaign per day in the time range selected. Download this report to chart out daily trends in performance data

Summary Data by Segment: One line-item per campaign, broken out by segment (current segments available for reporting are DTA bucket and device type

Daily Data by Segment: One line-item per campaign, per day, per segment (current segments available for reporting are DTA bucket and device type

From the Dashboard screen, you can then navigate to your Campaign or Ad Group screens in order to make optimizations or update your targets.

*Intent Media does not require advertisers to implement spending caps. Advertisers can run their program unrestricted by budget and/or time constraints. Contact your advertiser services team here to discuss your spend cap or daily budget
